Mary Volk 
Mary was born about 1795 in Rye Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania. Mary's father was John Peter Folk and her mother was UNKNOWN Catherine. Her paternal grandparents were George Folk and UNKNOWN Elizabeth. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Peter, Samuel, Joseph, Sarah, Henry, Elizabeth, Catherine, Susannah and Ann. She is the oldest of the eleven children.-
