Elizabeth Thornton 
Elizabeth was born in Gloucester, Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Francis Thornton and her mother was Alice Savage. Her paternal grandparents were William Thornton and Elizabeth Rowland; her maternal grandparents were Anthony Savage and Alice Stafford. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William, Francis, Rowland, Anthony, Margaret, Sarah, Anna and Elizabeth. She died after 1696.-
