Letty Ann was born on October 8th, 1824 in Paw Paw, Morgan or Hampshire County, Virginia. Letty Ann's father was Samuel Sutton and her mother was Margaret Critton. Her maternal grandparents were John Jr Critton and UNKNOWN Barbara. She had six brothers named Isaac, William, Franklin, Samuel, Fenton and Critton. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 56 on May 18th, 1881 in Winnebago City, Minnesota. She was buried in Basey Cemetery, Winnebago City, Minnesota.General Notes
