William H. Shaver 
William H. was born on February 26th, 1854 in Kanawha County, West Virginia. William H.'s father was John D. Shaver and his mother was Rachel Horner. His paternal grandparents were John David Shaver and Mary Parsons; his maternal grandparents were William Horner and Lydia Cottrell. He had five sisters named Mary, Susannah, Nancy J., Lydia A. Margaret and Sarah C.. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 67 on January 20th, 1922 in Roane County, Virginia. He was buried in Shaver Cemetery, farm near head of Robinson Run, Roane County, Virginia.-
