Charles Shaffer

Charles was born in 1894. Charles' father was John Wilson Shaffer and his mother was Josephine Snowball. His paternal grandparents were Orlando Shaffer and Anne Doval. He had four brothers and a sister, named William C., Robert, Orlando, John H. and Anna. He is the youngest of the six children.
