William McKinley Owen 
William McKinley was born on January 8th, 1901 in Blaine, Geary County, Oklahoma Territory. William McKinley's father was Daniel Owen and his mother was Laura Louisa Scott. His paternal grandparents were Amasa Owen and Sarah Wiley; his maternal grandparents are Moses Rhodes and Alice Virginia Forbes Scott. He had two brothers and a sister, named George Walter, Thomas Miller and Louisa Mae. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died in Hiawatha, Brown County, Kansas. He was buried in Powhattan Cemetery, Powhattan, Kansas.-
