Martin Luther was born on August 26th, 1843 in Elgin, Kane County, Illinois. Martin Luther's father was Herman Northway and his mother was Minerva Chadwick. His paternal grandparents were Francis Jr. Northway and Lucy Case. He was an only child. He died at the age of 88 on April 19th, 1932 in Dodge Center, Minnesota.-
