He had four brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Mauger, Godfrey, William de Hiesmes, Matilda (Mahaud), Hedwig (Havoise), Beatrice of and Emma of. He had four half-sisters named Papia of, Fredesende of, Muriella and Sporta of.  He died on August 28th, 1026 in Fecamp, Seine-Inferieure, France.
