William L. Mosher 
William L. was born in 1836 in New York. William L.'s father was Weston Mosher and his mother was Lucy Bishop. His paternal grandparents were William Lambard Mosher and Dolly Lazelle. He had four brothers and twelve sisters, named George, Weston, Austin, Edwin, Orpha, Lauretta, Juliette, Marietta, Iva, Lucy, Emily Melissa, Adelia, Alice, Ellen, Ida and Cora. He died after 1875.-
