William Howard Leland

William Howard was born on January 22nd, 1923 in Urbana, Illinois. William Howard's father was Pardon Kimball Leland and his mother was Margaret Helen Jenkins. His paternal grandparents were Kimball White Leland and Mary Louisa Crosiar. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Pardon Kimball, Kenneth White, Natalie Marie and Mary Louise. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 36 in November 1959 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
