Daniel Hering 
Daniel was born on August 28th, 1841 in Greenwich Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Daniel's father was Johann Hering and his mother was Lydia Georg. His paternal grandparents were Johannes Hering and Christina Delp. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William, John, George G., Mary Ann, Hannah, Emeline, Lydia and Caroline. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 20 on February 17th, 1862 in Greenwich Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.-
