Heinrich Heimbach

Heinrich was born on January 7th, 1779 in Hereford Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Heinrich's father was Heinrich Heimbach and his mother was Catherine Wetzel. His paternal grandparents were Matthias Johann Heimbach and Susanna Weske; his maternal grandparents were Johan Jacob Wetzel and Anna Maria Bassler. He had two brothers and ten sisters, named Johan Peter, David, Susanna, Catherine, Elisabeth, Eva, Maria Barbara, Maria Elizabeth, Gertraut, Maria Magdalena, Christine and Sarah. He is the fourth oldest of the thirteen children.
