Opal Muriel was born on August 10th, 1899 in Greenup, Cumberland, Illinois. Opal Muriel's father was John Francis Busey and her mother was Margaret Ann Sutton. Her paternal grandparents were John S. Busey and Caroline M. Snyder; her maternal grandparents were Fenton Sutton and Sarah Ann Kendrick. She had a brother and three sisters, named John Simpson, Viola Sulbn, Estella Maria and Mable. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 81 on June 27th, 1981.-
