William Edgar Underwood 
William Edgar was born on June 5th, 1885.1 William Edgar's father was John Thornton Underwood and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Elliott. His paternal grandfather is William A. Underwood and his paternal grandmother was Nancy Nelson. He had four brothers and a sister, named Malcolm Lee, Ivy Oriel, Archie Elliott, Sanford Thomas and Eva Maye. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 44 on February 2nd, 1930.1 General Notes
