Malcolm Lee Underwood 
Malcolm Lee was born on March 29th, 1888 in LaRue Co. Kentucky.1 Malcolm Lee's father was John Thornton Underwood and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Elliott. His paternal grandfather is William A. Underwood and his paternal grandmother was Nancy Nelson. He had four brothers and a sister, named William Edgar, Ivy Oriel, Archie Elliott, Sanford Thomas and Eva Maye. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 42 on April 2nd, 1930 in Polk Co., Iowa.1 General Notes
