Mary Underwood 
Mary was born in 1820.1 Mary's father was Caleb Underwood and her mother was Elizabeth Mary Wardrum. Her paternal grandfather was James Underwood and her paternal grandmother is Keziah Unknown. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Younger Richard, Abraham Hiram, James, Joshua, Elizabeth, Martha and Frances. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had a half-sister named Parthena. She died at the age of 44 in 1864 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
