Martha Cornelia Underwood 
Martha Cornelia was born in 1857.1 Martha Cornelia's father is Gaston McCager Underwood and her mother is Martha Kendall. Her paternal grandfather was William Henderson Underwood and her paternal grandmother is Virginia O'Ferrall. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Elijah M., William H., Franklin Kendall, Mary Julia, Rebecca S. and Willie Bertha. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 32 in 1889.1 General Notes
