William Randall Tutor 
William Randall was born on March 4th, 1872 in Buckhorn Township, Harnett Co., North Carolina.1 William Randall's father was Jessie Harris Tutor and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Sexton. His paternal grandparents were William Madison Tutor and Harriet Ligon; his maternal grandparents are John Sexton and Lincinda Utey. He had six brothers and a sister, named Sephus E., Wiley Oscar, Oscar Harris, Henry L., James Daniel, John Madison and Sarah Frances. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 68 on September 26th, 1940. He was buried in Baptist Grove Church.1 1 General Notes
