Alfred Young, Jr. was born on April 13th, 1872.1 Alfred Young, Jr.'s father was James A. Tutor and his mother was Elizabeth A. Dennis. His paternal grandparents were William Madison Tutor and Harriet Ligon. He had two brothers and six sisters, named James Franklin, Ennis Albert, Infant, Della Elizabeth, Alice Anna, Ida Love, Lemma W. and Minnie H.. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 100 on November 29th, 1972.1 General Notes
