Florence Ethel Tatum 
Florence Ethel was born on August 21st, 1901 in Paris, Texas.1 Florence Ethel's father was Robert Pikney Tatum and her mother is Emma Eudora Stanford. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Webster Tatum and Rachel Potts; her maternal grandparents are Thomas Stanford and Rachel Newman. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Henry Ester, Lee Roy, Robert Emmet, Son, Lottie May, Irene, Alma Lorine, Wilma and Essie Jewell. She had a half-brother named Henry. She died at the age of 91 on November 23rd, 1992 in Blythe, California.1 General Notes

My mother was a wonderful woman, she worked hard all of her life a
nd ga ve all of her children the warmth of her love. She was very talent
ed wi th her hands, she loved to make dolls, afghans and to crochet. She m
ade o ur Christmas gifts each year, these are things we can cherish for y
ea rs to come. Mom was loved by all.
My mother passed away November 23, 1992 in Blythe California. There we
re g raveside services held at Palo Verde Cemetery - Saturday, November 2
8, 199 2. Officiant Bishop Robert Jeppson, Church of Jesus Christ of Latte
r-Day S aints. She is laid to rest by my father George Wesley Northern.
