General Stacy 
General was born on March 3rd, 1899 in Perry Co., Kentucky.1 General's father was Kendrick Stacy and his mother was Nancy Ann Combs. His maternal grandparents were Francis Combs and Rhoda Ritchie. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Chester, Dennis, Marcus, Olenza, Parite, Corsia, Estill, Clarence, Laura and Evilee. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 103 in 2002.1 General Notes
