Marion Skaggs 
Marion was born on August 28th, 1870 in Kentucky.1 Marion's father was Henry Mitchell Skaggs and her mother was Lurena Elizabeth Carroll. Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Skaggs and Rebecca Orrick. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Mitchell, Joseph Henry, James Lewis, Marvin S., Lucretia, Melvina Jane, Mary Ann, Sarah Elizabeth and Chrisse C..
