Chrisse C. Skaggs 
Chrisse C. was born on January 6th, 1875 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 Chrisse C.'s father was Henry Mitchell Skaggs and her mother was Lurena Elizabeth Carroll. Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Skaggs and Rebecca Orrick. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Mitchell, Joseph Henry, James Lewis, Marvin S., Lucretia, Melvina Jane, Mary Ann, Sarah Elizabeth and Marion. She was the second youngest of the ten children. She died at 8 months old on September 12th, 1875 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
