C. C. Senter 
C. C. was born on December 16th, 1871 in Alvarado, Johnson Co., Texas.1 C. C.'s father was William Conway Senter and his mother was Elizabeth Comelia Kelley. His paternal grandparents were James C. Senter and Frances Jackson. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James Conway, William Alvin, John Pinkney, Thomas Smyth, Henry Partain, Edgar Russell, Frankie Jane, Jeffie May, Rosalie and Dora. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 77 on November 24th, 1949 in Brownsville, Cameron Co., Texas.1 General Notes
