Phoebe Laura Rogers 
Phoebe Laura was born on June 18th, 1860 in Braxton Co., West Virginia.1 Phoebe Laura's father was William Fisher Rogers and her mother was Cecilia Brady. Her paternal grandfather was John Rogers and her paternal grandmother is Malinda Wilson. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Christian G., Ballard Martin, Levi, John, Malinda, Elizabeth, Hannah Viola and Sarah. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 77 on November 20th, 1937.1 General Notes
