Franklin Ritchie 
Franklin was born in 1882 in Knott Co., Kentucky.1 Franklin's father was Benjamin Ritchie and his mother is Rose Ann Combs. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Grigsby Ritchie and Kissiah Smith. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Thomas, Joshua, Gabriel, Malissa Jane, Sinthia and Naomi. He died at the age of 94 in 1976.1 General Notes
