William Henry was born on January 14th, 1879 in ,Kentucky.1 William Henry's father was George Price and his mother was Maria Elizabeth Basham. His maternal grandparents were Henry Basham and Martha Ann Warren. He had two brothers and a sister, named Virgil Moten, Arthur Cleveland and Dora Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 70 on March 15th, 1949 in ,St. Louis, Missouri.
