Isabelle (Belle) was born on November 17th, 1889.1 Isabelle (Belle)'s father was Lafayette T. (Fate) Price and her mother was Martha Jane Basham. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Basham and Martha Ann Warren. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named Sidney H., Elma, Sherman, Emette Harrison, Woodrow (Woody), Mattie, Mary Myrtle, Dora, Lucy, Lillian G., Barbara and Virgie M.. She was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 84 on February 9th, 1974 in ,Temple City, California.
