Zelma Prestridge 
Zelma was born on July 8th, 1902 in Alvarado, Johnson Co., Texas.1 Zelma's father was James Ezell Prestridge and her mother was Nancy Catherine Davis. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Benjamin Prestridge and Sarah Almeida Fenley. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Habib, Newton, Paul, Walter David, Edgar Lloyd, Delmar Commodore, Naomi, Sadie, Helen and Esther Blanche. She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. She died in Alvarado, Johnson Co., Texas.1 -
