Mattie Lou was born on June 21st, 1909.1 Mattie Lou's father was Watson Pipkins and her mother was Margaret Keahey McLeod. Her maternal grandparents were Duncan Bardwell McLeod and Martha Ann McLeod. She had a brother named Clyde Arthur. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 57 on October 31st, 1966.1 General Notes
