Frank Charles Otwell 
Frank Charles was born on May 30th, 1909.1 Frank Charles' father was Claude Clint Otwell and his mother was Ethel Lillie Bloyd. His maternal grandparents were Stephen Bloyd and Mariah Ann Warren. He had a brother and a sister, named James Aubrey Pans and Lila Pearl. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 61 on May 5th, 1971 in Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co., Texas. He was buried in DeLeon Cemetery, Comanche Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
