William Authur Noffsinger 
William Authur was born on November 6th, 1912 in Bremen, Kentucky.1 William Authur's father was Oscar Henry Noffsinger and his mother was Irene Mastin. His maternal grandparents are William Gaines Mastin and Annie Taylor. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Marvin Moore, Charlie Edgar, Susan Annie and Living. He died about 1942 in Combat in Italy. He was buried in Military Cemetery in France.1 1 General Notes
