Susan Annie was born on September 15th, 1910 in Spiro, Oklahoma.1 Susan Annie's father was Oscar Henry Noffsinger and her mother was Irene Mastin. Her maternal grandparents are William Gaines Mastin and Annie Taylor. She had three brothers and a sister, named William Authur, Marvin Moore, Charlie Edgar and Living. She died at the age of 85 on September 4th, 1996 in Porterville, California.1 General Notes
