Alva Murphy

Alva was born on January 7th, 1907.¹ Alva's father is Richard C. Murphy and her mother was Olivia Olconia Underwood. Her maternal grandfather was Thurston Alexander Underwood and her maternal grandmother is Mamie Emiline Jackson. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Edgar, Fred, Richard Cloaburn, Oscar C., Frank, Richard C., Tina Mae and Olivia Ruth. She is the second oldest of the nine children.
