Ray Mize

Ray was born on March 2nd, 1899 in Greencastle, Putman Co., Indiana.¹   Ray's father was Logan Mize and his mother was Cornelia Ellen Wells.  His maternal grandparents are Stephen Wells and Nancy Witchman. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named George B. McCellan, Ora, Edward, Mary Ellen, Hannah E., Etta, Livancey and Cora.  He died at the age of 80 on February 5th, 1980 in Lafayette, Fayette Co., Indiana.  He was buried in Greencastle, Putman Co., Indiana.^1 1 

‌Ray and Jane were married in a religious ceremony on August 23rd, 1974.¹
