Alexander Melvin McCartney

Alexander Melvin was born in 1872.¹ Alexander Melvin's father was Henry Lander McCartney and his mother was Alice Cary Grigsby. His maternal grandfather was William Etchison Grigsby and his maternal grandmother is Rhoda Thomas. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry Clay, Orris William, Fred Thomas, Elmer Barber, Florence Elizabeth and Rhoda Clara.
