Loubelle Pearl was born on August 16th, 1882 in Garden City, Cass Co., Missouri.1 Loubelle Pearl's father was Franklin Pierce Lusby and her mother was Elizabeth Edella Holcombs. Her paternal grandparents were Edwin Lusby and Lou Ann Wight. She had a brother and two sisters, named Clarence Cleveland, Edna Sivley and Leta Kathleen. She was the oldest of the four children.
