John Robert Kellems

John Robert was born on January 29th, 1860 in Perry Co., Indiana.¹   John Robert's father was George Washington Kellems and his mother was Nancy Ann Alvey.  His paternal grandparents are Asa, Jr. Kellems and Catherine Unknown. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry S. B., George Washington, Jr., Philip Smith, Peter Valentine, Sarah Lucretia, Elizabeth Jane, Nancy Jane and Della.  He is the second oldest of the nine children.
