George Washington, Jr. Kellems

George Washington, Jr. was born in 1863 in Perry Co., Indiana.¹   George Washington, Jr.'s father was George Washington Kellems and his mother was Nancy Ann Alvey.  His paternal grandparents are Asa, Jr. Kellems and Catherine Unknown. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry S. B., John Robert, Philip Smith, Peter Valentine, Sarah Lucretia, Elizabeth Jane, Nancy Jane and Della.  He is the third oldest of the nine children.
