Tallie Louise was born on August 5th, 1925 in Forney, Texas.1 Tallie Louise's father was James Jefferson Keahey and her mother was Mary Daisy Meaders. Her paternal grandfather was George Jefferson Keahey and her paternal grandmother is Mary Jane Alexander.
