Susan Catherine was born on November 29th, 1891 in Hartsville, Austin, TX.1 Susan Catherine's father was Peter Lloyd Habermacher and her mother was Susan Penelope Allen. Her maternal grandparents were James William Allen and Penelope Johnston. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Miles Allen, Casper James, Herman Gale, Peter Lloyd, Clintie May and Mary Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
