Benjamin R. Gause 
Benjamin R. was born in April 1875 in Sumpter County, Florida.1 Benjamin R.'s father was George William Gause and his mother was Josefine Nichols. His paternal grandfather was William Reuben Gause and his paternal grandmother is Rebecca Ann Cason. He had a brother and three sisters, named Reuben, Sally, Vina Anne and Eva. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 42 in 1917 in Tarpon Springs, Florida.1 -
