Billie Lee Fancher 
Billie Lee was born on June 27th, 1922.1 Billie Lee's father was Lee Fancher and her mother was Nora May Robertson. Her maternal grandfather is Jeptha Marion Robertson and her maternal grandmother was Mary Eldora Graham. She had a brother and a sister, named Donald Earl and Mamie Mozelle. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 46 on September 27th, 1968.1 General Notes
