Mary "Polly" Dowell 
Mary "Polly" was born on April 13th, 1837 in BRECKINRIDGE CO. KY.1 Mary "Polly"'s father was Littleberry Dowell and her mother was Sarah Payne. Her paternal grandparents were Micajah Dowell and Frances (Fanny) Meador. She had six brothers and three sisters, named George, Riley, James Corbett, John Wesley, Alexander H., Ezra, Nancy, Eliza Jane and Manervia. She died at the age of 60 on March 18th, 1898 in BRECKINRIDGE CO. KY. She was buried in Hensley Cemeter, Hwy 60, Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.2 1 General Notes
