Maude Meamie was born on August 19th, 1882 in Bell Co., Texas.1 Maude Meamie's father was Zachariah Clinard and her mother was Celia Delia Hillyard. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Hillyard and Christian Elizabeth Graham. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Owen Berthal, Milton Woody, Thomas Zacharih, Forrest Dabney, Murrey Franklin, Artie Madgaline and Christrine Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 82 in November 1964. She was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Temple, Bell Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
