Mary Jane Basham 
Mary Jane was born on May 6th, 1843 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Mary Jane's father was Manoah Stone Basham and her mother was Elizabeth Armes. Her paternal grandparents were Littleberry Basham and Mary (Polly) Basham. She had seven brothers and seven sisters, named William Berry, Francis E, Barbary Barr (Twin), Haskel Abbott (Abirt), Manoah Washington, Henry Thomas (Rev), James Clinton, Emeline, Nancy Farmer, Lucy C., Armilda, Sallie Ann (Sarah) (Twin, Elizabeth and Louisa F.. She was the third oldest of the fifteen children. She died at the age of 19 on August 14th, 1862.1 General Notes
