Haskel Abbott (Abirt) was born on January 21st, 1861 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Haskel Abbott (Abirt)'s father was Manoah Stone Basham and his mother was Elizabeth Armes. His paternal grandparents were Littleberry Basham and Mary (Polly) Basham. He had six brothers and eight sisters, named William Berry, Francis E, Barbary Barr (Twin), Manoah Washington, Henry Thomas (Rev), James Clinton, Emeline, Mary Jane, Nancy Farmer, Lucy C., Armilda, Sallie Ann (Sarah) (Twin, Elizabeth and Louisa F..
