Josceyln De was born about 1127 in Egmanton, Nottinghamshire, England and his baptism took place in Also Of Louvaine, Belgium.  Josceyln De's father was Godfrey Count Of Louvain and his mother was Clemence Clementia Of Burgundy.  His paternal grandparents were Henry II Count Of Louvain and Adelaide Of Orlamunda; his maternal grandparents were William I The Great Burgundy and Stephanie Etiennette De Longwy. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Godfrey II and Adeliza Adela Of.  He died before 1180 in Egmanton, Nottinghamshire, England.  He was buried before September 29th, 1180.
