Maud De was born about 1200 in Bromley, Surrey, England.  Maud De's father was Ralph II De Fay and her mother was Beatrice De Turnham.  Her paternal grandfather was Ralph De Fay; her maternal grandparents were Stephen De Turnham and Edeline De Broc.  She was an only child.  She died in 1249.

‌Maud De and William IV The Younger De were married in a religious ceremony in 1195 in Questionable Marriage.

They had a daughter named Agatha De.
