William IV The Younger De was born about 1175 in Of Bramber, Sussex, England Gower, Wales.  William IV The Younger De's father was William III Th Baron De Braose and his mother was Maud Matilda De St Valery.  His paternal grandfather was William II De Braose and his paternal grandmother is Bertha De Pitres; his maternal grandparents were Bernard IV De St Valery and Eleanor De Domnart. He had a brother and three sisters, named John De, Matilda De, Margaret De and Leuca De.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died in 1210 in Corfe, Windsor, England.
